Hormoz (Allen) Nazari is the founder,
CEO and President of All American Finance; has an extensive background
in retail mortgage banking and wholesale lending. The company was founded in 1993
and started as a small retail operation. Under Mr. Nazari’s vision, leadership and
direction, the firm has grown tremendously since its inception. Mr. Nazari has successfully
led All American Finance to be the premier franchise mortgage banking business from
the mid to late 1990s. In recent years, with strategic planning, Mr Nazari has been
able to not only avoid the sub-prime crisis but to grow the company to be one of
the elite mortgage banking firms in the country. Under his stewardship, All American
Finance has evolved into a leading wholesale lender offering a wide array of flexible
and affordable lending solutions to a large broker client base. Mr. Nazari is a
well recognized business leader in the mortgage industry whom has consistently been
successful in all of his business endeavors.
Chris Schaeffler is the Vice President
of Marketing for All American Finance. Chris joined All American Finance
in February 2008 and has set up the firm's e-communications strategy and is building
the marketing and sales operations infra-structure to support a nation-wide client
base and sales force. Prior to joining All American Finance, Chris spent five years
at First Franklin Financial a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch, most recently as Director
of National Sales. During his tenure at First Franklin Financial, Chris was responsible
for the design and implementation of the firm's sales excellence initiatives. This
included a re-vamp of the internal sales training program, implementing a development
program for sales leadership and the successful adaptation of a new CRM system.
In addition, Chris built an inside sales support team designed to improve sales
pull-through and customer service. Chris has been recognized as an industry leader
in sales execution and received numerous accolades and awards for his achievements
in this area. Chris graduated from Santa Clara University and received his MBA in
Marketing from Golden Gate University.
Metcha Chidambaram is the is Vice President
of Compliance and Broker Approval at All American Finance. With her
18 years of management experience in Banking, Lending and Compliance area, Metcha
joined All American Finance in February 2008. In the short period of time, Metcha
has been instrumental in streamlining the Broker Approval process and setting compliance
guidelines. Her expertise includes management of Bank Operations, Prime/Alt-A Lending
and Audit, Broker/Appraiser approval, annual re-certification, continuous monitoring
and audit process. In addition, she has extensive experience in minimizing risk
by investigating fraud and working as a liaison to Regulators and Examiners. Prior
to joining All American Finance, Metcha was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch &
National City Bank, where she had oversight of a large Broker/Appraiser management
division and consistently delivered outstanding results. During her 18 year tenure,
she has won multiple “TOPS” awards, been selected as “Best in Sales” for 5 consecutive
years and has been nominated for National City Bank’s “Excel Award.” Under her leadership,
many teams in her division won awards, including multiple “Power Team” and “TOPS
Team.” Prior to Merrill Lynch, she has held positions as Branch Manager, Lending
Advisor and Operations Manager.
Erika Kuykendall is the Director of Products
and Pricing at All American Finance. Joining the company in August
2007, Erika brings a 12 year background in pricing and product development. Since
joining All American Finance she has standardized product guidelines and created
rate sheets. In the ever-changing current market, she is able to quickly adapt to
the constant updates. Prior to joining All American Finance, Erika was Director
of Products and Pricing at The Mortgage Store Financial, Inc. She managed the Lock
Desk department and worked closely with Capital Markets and the President to realize
profitability margins. She also worked closely with the development of proprietary
underwriting and pricing engine systems, and has experience resolving investor issues
with secondary markets. During her time at The Mortgage Store, the company grew
from a very small office to over 200 on-site employees and wholesale sales representatives
in 40 states. Erika worked with The Mortgage Store Financial beginning in 2001,
and gained higher levels of responsibility along with the company’s growth. Previous
positions include pricing desk and scenario desk positions with Bank of America,
First Union, and broker companies. Erika brings an extensive knowledge of products
and technical writing to All American Finance. She holds a Master of Arts degree
from the University of Denver.
John Walsh is the Vice President of Wholesale
at All American Finance. With his 20 years of management experience in the mortgage
industry, John joined All American Finance in October 2007. At All American Finance,
John has played a key role in hiring sales staff and establishing the Wholesale
Team, setting regional goals based on company’s Vision, Mission and Core Values.
His expertise includes Prime, Alt-A, FHA lending and oversight of mortgage branch
operations. Prior to joining All American Finance, he was a Vice President of Wholesale
at Merrill Lynch & National City Bank covering the Bay Area, Sacramento and Central
Valley Region where he successfully led the Operations and Sales Team. Under his
leadership, his team originated a total of $1.5 to 2.0 billion in loans, held FPD
ratio under 1% and Asset Quality errors under 10%. During his tenure, his team has
won “Power Team” award for 3 consecutive years.
Ray Williamson is the Sales Manager at
All American Finance managing the San Diego sales team. Ray has over
15 years of combined experience in managing people, production and loan quality.
Ray is a seasoned mortgage veteran with a proven track record of leading sales teams
to produce outstanding results. Prior to joining All American Finance, Ray was a
Vice President at Merrill Lynch & National City for 15 years. During his tenure,
he has won “Employee of the Year” award and exceeded in production and quality metrics
8 of last 10 years. Under his leadership, his team consistently achieved the “President
Club” & “Franklin Club” awards. He developed and implemented a team strategy to
address client retention and put in place a client survey system to identify and
correct service issues and indentify opportunities. Ray is an expert in Sales, Training,
Operations, Customer Service and Team Building with emphasis on creating synergy
between operations and sales.
Stewart Oroz is a Sales Manager at All
American Finance managing the sales team in the greater LA area. He
joined All American Finance in October 2007. Stewart has over 12 years of management
experience in the mortgage industry; his expertise includes sales, service, operations
and successful leadership. Prior to joining All American Finance, Stewart spent
12 years at Merrill Lynch and National City Bank, most recently as a Vice President
of the North Hollywood Branch. During his tenure, he successfully managed a team
of 25 AEs and 50 operational personnel and increased production volume by 75% and
generated annual revenue of $1.5 billion. During his tenure, Stewart grew his customer
base by 25% and market share by 40%. In loan quality ranking, his branch consistently
stayed in the top 1% in the company and industry. Stewart is an innovative and solutions
oriented leader with an exceptional record for success and has the proven ability
to exceed production/quality goals.
Brian Dean is Sales Manager
for the Greater Bay Area; with 11 years of wholesale lending experience,
Brian joined All American Finance in January 2008 as both Sales Manager and Operations
Manager. In his short tenure with All American Finance he has designed and implemented
processes and procedures to improve customer service, internal efficiencies, loan
quality, and fraud awareness. Prior to joining All American Finance, Brian was a
Sales Manager for Countrywide Financial. There he managed teams in the Bay Area
and parts of the Central Valley. Due to his extensive knowledge in both operations
and sales he was able to foster cohesive partnerships between the inside staff and
the outside sales team. Prior to Countrywide, he was the Vice President of Production
for Ownit Mortgage Solutions. Brian was instrumental in shaping the strategic direction
of the company and had a hand in the product development process. Brian’s team of
Account Executives and Operations staff was one of the top teams in the country.
